After receiving my MBA from Indiana University, I worked for Intel Corp where I gained an understanding of business partnerships between the Finance and Operations Departments. My responsibilities included a finding growth opportunities in $300 million business unit focused on legacy customers and placing Sarbanes Oxley controls over a $300 million worldwide logistics organization where I co-led the negotiations of over 20,000 lanes of traffic and was responsible for a $30 million refund from Canadian Revenue Dept for GST taxes that had not been filed correctly for seven years.

As CFO of DevelopOnline, I raised $23.5 million in venture capital, installed an ERP connected to our online sales, production scheduling and accounting. As CFO of Corrent, I negotiated contract extensions with our silicon design tool vendors, led the management buy-out from the Venture Capital owners, leading to the company's product line expansion. As CFO of LeTip, I led the creation of the franchise business and led the development team for the CRM tools.
